Handoff note: every agent claim on this page has to be true on the day it ships. Where an agent is still in build, cut it from the roster and add it publicly when it lands — a visible roster that grows reads as momentum; a roster with asterisks reads as vapor.
Proof

Already working at 20,000 hotels.

Fifteen years of guest interaction and certified integration work sit under every agent — which is why they complete the job, at brand scale, on day one.

Handoff note: these four figures are carried over verbatim from the current homepage. A headline that claims profitability, revenue and labor savings raises the bar on all of them — re-source each with period and sample size, and add a real labor-cost figure before launch, since the headline promises one and the page currently can't show it.
Why Canary's agents

Trained on hospitality. Proven at enterprise scale.

Canary's agents learn from real hotel outcomes across 20,000 properties — graded on whether the guest got what they needed and the hotel captured the revenue. That is what produces the best result, and what keeps an agent inside the actions you intended.

Hospitality-specific RL

Reinforcement learning on hotel outcomes.

Every agent is trained and continuously graded on what actually happened: the room assigned correctly, the upgrade accepted, the request resolved, the revenue captured, the plan beaten. Deep hospitality reinforcement learning, not a general model pointed at a hotel.

Bounded by design

The upside, without unintended actions.

An agent acts only inside what it has been trained and permitted to do. Scope is explicit, every action is attributable, and anything beyond the line escalates with the full context attached. Strong outcomes and no surprises are the same design decision.

Enterprise-proven

Years of durability, scalability and security.

The only hotel agents with years of proven enterprise durability, scalability and security — already running across the world's largest hotel brands and already through their security review. SOC 2. PCI DSS v4.

What lets an agent act at all is the layer underneath it — fifteen years of guest touchpoints and certified integrations, already live in your building.

Layer 03
The agents

Each one separately scoped, separately governed, separately switched on — with defined authority, an escalation path, and its own name in the audit log.

Layer 02
Guest interaction

The touchpoints Canary already owns at 20,000 properties. This is where an agent reaches the guest — and the reason it can finish a request rather than describe one.

Layer 01
Systems of record

Certified, two-way connections into what your hotel already runs on. They stay the record. Canary becomes the action on top of them.

Handoff note: integration partners are shown as categories on purpose. Swap in the named logo wall from the integrations page once legal confirms which partners are cleared for homepage placement — the named list is the most persuasive asset you have and should be one click away.
Authority & control

An agent that can act needs a limit. You set it.

The moment software can write to your PMS and charge a guest's card, the only question that matters is what it's allowed to do. Here's the answer, before anyone has to ask for it.

Scope

You draw the line.

What each agent may do alone, what it must confirm first, and what it never touches. Comps, refunds, rate overrides and inventory holds sit exactly where you put them.

Escalation

A warm handoff, never a dead end.

Out of scope, low confidence, or an upset guest — the request routes to the right person with the full thread and everything already gathered. Nobody starts over.

Record

Every action is attributable.

What was promised, by which agent, to which guest, on which channel, under whose authority. One log your staff, your brand and your auditors can all read.

Pricing

You only pay 25% of the impact we have on your profitability.

No licence fee. No per-agent fee. No minimum. The first six months are free, and we spend them measuring exactly what changes on your P&L.

Months 1–6

Free

Agents go live across your property. We set the baseline with you and measure what moves — occupancy, ADR, upsell capture, labor hours, recovered revenue.

Month 7 onward

25% of the impact

You keep 75% of the profitability we add. Priced off measured impact against the agreed baseline — not off seats, properties or messages.

If we don't move it

You pay nothing

If the agents don't improve your profitability, there is nothing to take a share of. The risk of finding out sits with us.

Open decision — this is the whole deal: the page has to state how impact is measured and against what baseline, or procurement stalls and the offer reads as unfalsifiable. Two things to settle before launch. One, the baseline and attribution method, in writing. Two, whether the free six months are also the measurement window — if they are, you are measuring during ramp, which understates impact and locks in a low number permanently. Measuring months 4–9 instead is worth considering.

Six months free. Then a share of what we add.

Bring us a week of your calls, messages and inbox. We'll show you which agents would have handled them — and what that is worth on your P&L.
